Xplore Tech – It’s All about Fun, Future and Friendship

I don’t know about others but I can speak for myself. I am working at Xplore Tech for past 4 years and so far my experience with the company has been good. The company has given a great start to my career; it has given me friends and has never made me feel that my workplace is dull. And that’s the reason why I recommend this place to all my family and friends.
When I joined Xplore Tech 4 years back, I was a graduate fresh out of college. I had no experience in calling, but had a flair for selling things. When I got my offer letter, the recruiter told me that I have to work really hard to improve in this field. I did my best, and my trainer and my team lead worked really hard to improve my skills. After a while I became confident about my skills and started working my magic on the floor. Twice I won the best employee award for my department. My colleagues congratulated me and cheered for me. They too were always very helpful and friendly in nature. I was told colleagues never make good friends. But at Xplore Tech, they were proven wrong.

Also working at Xplore Tech is not about all work and no play! We do have work pressure but also have adequate amount of fun elements to balance it. For example, we have our annual football and cricket tournaments. We even get trophies and medals for winning them. We also have ethnic dress competition, painting competition, rangoli competition, singing competition and so on. Trust me; these competitions are a lot of fun. I took part in a poster making competition on the theme “going back to the nature” and guess what? We won the first prize. I was so surprised! I never thought that I have a creative spark in me. Xplore Tech introduced me to that unknown facet of me.
And then we have an annual party where everyone has a gala time. We go to a nightclub or a restaurant and spend the night grooving to the music, drooling over the finest of food and rocking out the party. This is really a heartwarming experience.
So, if you want to have the right mixture of career, learning and fun, I will recommend you to join Xplore Tech – the one place where you can have it all!!!

Xplore Tech Aims To Retain Its Biggest Asset – Quality Manpower!

Gone are the days when people used to spend their entire work tenure in one company. Now people are more prone to changing jobs every now and then as a process to search for a better prospect, better salary and better future. This is especially true for the BPO companies who seem to follow a hire and fire rule while it comes to recruiting new workforce. But even in this fast-paced work culture, there are some companies who still have some old values left in them – they try to keep employees on board. No, I am not talking about the ideal world scenario. In fact, I can name a company which has this practice of retaining people – it’s the company that I am working for past 3 years – Xplore Tech Services Pvt. Ltd.

Now, you might have heard the exact opposite thing about Xplore Tech. They, like every other BPO have an extreme policy of hire and fire. But I beg to differ. In my 3 years working experience at Xplore Tech, I have seldom seen a person getting fired for no apparent reason. Most of those who were terminated by the company were getting warning letters on a continuous basis. Then, there were cases of extreme absenteeism, uninformed leaves as well as other behavioral issues.

Of course there are cases where people were terminated due to lack of projects, but the company hates to do away with their precious manpower and for that reason, they first try to absorb as many people to other processes as possible. In case they fail to do so, they ensure that the people whom the company has to say good bye are among the people who get the first call when they are recruiting for a similar process. There are very few companies in the BPO domain that do this.

Even when an employee leaves the company for a better opportunity, he or she maintains a healthy relationship with Xplore Tech to ensure when there’s opening for a deserving candidate; they will get a call from the company. Whatever may be the reason, no one really wants to leave this company unless they are getting a much better offer elsewhere, you see.

As for me, I am on the verge of completing my fourth year in this company and I hope I can stay in this company for at least five years. Then I will get that five-star blue ribbon. Looking forward to wear it like a proud Xplorer!
